Shaasthra Shetty, the
scintillating beauty from Udupi representing Goa, hails from Karnataka, has had
a winning journey till now, in the year 2017 she was crowned 'Miss Teen Grand Sea Asia 2017' in one
of the world’s prestigious beauty pageants 'Miss
and Mr Grand Sea 2017' held at Sofia, Bulgaria. Along with Miss Teen Grand
Sea Asia, Shaasthra Shetty had bagged the Best National Costume, Best Talent
and Miss Impressive 2017 titles.

Shaasthra succeeds Aashna Gaurav as the new Miss Goa. Shaasthra will now represent Goa at the Fbb Colors Femina Miss India 2019 pageant in Mumbai in the month of June where she will try to succeed Tamil Nadu’s Anukreethy Vas as the next Miss India winner and earn the right to represent India at the Miss World 2019 pageant which will take place in Thailand at the end of this year.
As a well-spoken and well-articulated, a media and communications graduate from The School of Communication, Manipal University, she always stood ahead of the lot. She utilizes all her
abilities to achieve her goal and be a winner. Winning beauty pageant crowns are norms for her
as she has won numerous of them. The popular Miss Karavali Style Icon
organized by Arun Alva Art Academy, she holds at high esteem. Followed by 'Miss
Mangalore' contest organized by the reputed Infinity Entertainment, this also
helped her to prepare for the Miss South India event held lately in January
2018. Her talents are galore, apart from
her interest in modelling, her flair also extends to debating, being an active
participant in college-level competitions, she stood among the eight finalists
in 'Speak for India' national-level
debate competition organized by Federal Bank, covered on the national telecast
of the Times Now TV Channel.
